Systematic process to gathering information. Customer and associate data are gathered to gain valuable insights into customers’ purchasing behaviors, corporate goals, and team members attitudes.  Baselines for both customers and associates are developed to measure future changes and execute appropriate programs.

Ensuring you have the right associates in the right place is key to running a smooth operation. Further, associates in the right positions are more often happier and happy associates make better products and a better business. We use assessments to quantitatively assist in diagnosing associates and the organization. eNtelligy conducts DISC, Motivators and Emotional Intelligence on all associates to determine organization fit. Additionally, eNtelligy conducts an enterprise assessment to determine the understanding and perceptional of functions related to organizational strategy, design and culture. A report card is generated and compared to more than 4,800 other organizations who have completed the same assessment.

And associate baselines are established for comparisons to other organizations.

eNtelligy collects information about a variety of associates in different industries, from around the country. Associates assessments are compared to individuals in other industries as well as fellow associates within the same organization. Benchmarks defined by high performers and low performers can also be established to measure attitudes and energies by job function. Further, results of corporate report cards from organizations around the nation are constantly gathered, maintained and used for comparisons for all companies taking the organizational assessment.

Comparisons and insights are derived. Data analysis tools and techniques are used to gain insights about customers and target prospects. Separately corporations and associates are compared to others across the country to build the best team possible.

Assessment data and corporate attitudinal data are capture by industry nationwide and used as a base for comparing current assessments.  For instance, at the Associate level, customer service associates at your organization can be compared to other industry customer service associates using their DISC outcomes.  Likewise, all of the individual assessments can be used as a COMPONENT to hire the right team member.  On the corporate level, the Associates’s answers that generate the Corporate Report card can be compared to see how your organization ranks versus the top 10% and bottom 10% of organizations that have taken the same assessment.  Further, positives and challenges within your organization will be identified to celebrate or seek improvement.

Learn from what you have done. New data are collected in the databases each time a customer marketing campaign is conducted or an associate completes a new training modules/goal setting exercise. Imperative step for a campaign or associate growth enhancement. 

Capturing the outcome of EVERY touchpoint of a customer/prospect is critical to enhancing your marketing/messaging to drive sales.  Similarly, measurements for every formal associate training exercise or enhancement program will be captured to track the progression of each associate for direction, promotion and organizational design.
